Warranty, Refund and Benefit

All the BOD components’ warranty period is 2 years. BOD warrants that products will function according to their published specifications during the 2 years warranty period. If a valid warranty claim for a defect is made, BOD will provide warranty services for that defect according to the terms. 

If the issue is determined to be a machine fault after our investigation, we will provide the necessary parts, but labor costs and delivery cost will not be covered. However, if the issue is due to misuse or improper handling, it will not be covered under the warranty. The 2-year warranty does not imply coverage for all issues regardless of cause.  

Video or pictures are required to send to customer service support when you issue a claim to 88bod. 

The customer is entitled to earn BOD points for every purchase. BOD point can be redeemed for your next purchase.
