Warranty, Refund and Benefit

All the BOD components’ warranty period is 2 years. BOD warrants that products will function according to their published specifications during the 2 years warranty period. If a valid warranty claim for a defect is made, BOD will provide warranty services for that defect according to the terms. 

To make a valid warranty claim with BOD, you must submit your claim in writing to your local BOD support contact center within seven days of discovering the defect. If BOD deems that the defect will not be remedied by warranty services, BOD may provide a refund for the defective item, provided it is promptly returned.

The customer is entitled to earn BOD points for every purchase. BOD point can be redeemed for your next purchase.
